Systema Naturae is a continuously growing online imagebase for animals, plants, fungi and other eukaryotic life forms.
On this page you may find some statistics about the progress of the page since its early days. One apparent observation is that the active season is centered around early summer for each year, which is when insects are most active in middle europe and flowering plants are blooming. During the off-season (october to march), there are only a few new records.
